In Japan, “Budo (marshal arts)” is not just a fighting competition, but more a practice of courtesy to both the God and human being.

By practicing the act of “courtesy”, people can install its feelings of gratitude. So by simply practicing its form, “Budo” tells you that you can never be happy without understanding the feeling of gratitude, no matter how much you have succeeded earning a fortune. And even when you’re practicing how to win against your competitor, you realize that you yourself is the one that you truly have to get over. Your battle is not against others, but actually against the flaws inside yourself.

“Budo (marshal arts)” can be practiced by anyone and everyone, and the difference of age, genders or nationality does not really matter when learning about true beauty of human being. Therefore his/her “life” will be reflected in their performance, which is the real competition. The main goal of our “Karate” and/or “Iaido” is not about showing its high technique, but more to achieve the goal of “Budo” which is becoming a truly “beautiful human being” within him/herself, regardless of their age, gender or nationality. By encountering the “Budo”in ones life, we believe that the life of that person itself is a masterpiece  of the “Budo-Art”.
